Our programming pulls from traditional weightlifting, powerlifting, conditioning, and gymnastics. In class, we’ll practice movements such as Pushups, Burpees, Bench Press, Power Cleans, Ring Rows, Pull Ups, Deadlifts, Wall Balls among others.
