About us
The Mecca Gym is a 23,000 sqft specialized training facility located in Meridian, ID. Founded in 2015 by Eric Cafferty, The Mecca’s roots grew from his passion for health and fitness, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. Learn more about us.
In 2008 Eric began his training business. With increasing success, he soon realized the need for expansion to better serve his clientele as well as increase accessibility. Eric recognized the need for community and the ability to create more leaders in evidence-based fitness. He decided leading clients to not only extreme results on stage but long-term health and wellness was the best option.
