About us
Ken started the legacy of Sports Plex in July of 84′. He bought ‘Fountain of Youth’ gym & it became Sport City, then Gold’s Gym, & then The Plex “Fitness for Everybody”, until it sold a few years ago.
Rick Brown started working for Ken at only 19 years old, folding towels & cleaning showers. They started Sports Plex in 87′ in the Heart of Bossier. In 95′ it moved into the shopping center on Airline Drive & has been here ever since. Without these guys we wouldn’t be here.
