About us
We are proud to share that Ellen and Briana have completed Level 3 training and are official Master Trainers for Lagree Fitness. They have now completed seven official level one certification courses. Join them for their next certification course where you’ll learn how to become a teacher for the Lagree Fitness Method. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll earn your official Lagree Level 1 Certification. What does this mean?! It means you are qualified to teach at any Lagree Fitness Studio in the US and worldwide. It also makes you eligible to further your Lagree education with Level 2 courses and beyond. You can also refresh your Level 1 knowledge with Briana and Ellen at a future training or at HQ for free at anytime!
