About us
I’m a wife, mother of 2 amazing children (which you will sometimes see at class) and I juggle everyday life between working, owning a business, kids sports, activities and household needs. I love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and am always here when others need an ear. Owning a fitness studio is an amazing opportunity for me to spread my love of fitness with others and to be a role model. You will find the classes I teach to be full of fun, educational, informative and supportive to everyone needs.
