About us

This 30 minute class is designed to help strengthen your muscles, improve balance and coordination, and strengthen your bones. Each class will include the six major movement patterns effective for improving overall health and performance.  These movements include; Squat, hinge, upper body push, upper body pull, lunge, and carry. This class is appropriate for all ages, level, and abilities.  Beginner, intermediate, and advanced movements options will be provided by your instructor.
