Are you ready to commit to changing your body? Membership offer accountability, further your commitment to yourself and increase your consistency. Memberships last 16 weeks at LIFT. We do allow clients to place memberships on hold twice each year and then extend the length of the membership. This allows for vacations and what life might bring your way. VIP scheduling with a membership makes your life easy No need to schedule we will take care of it for you unless you need to cancel/reshecdule. Not ready for a membershop that’s okay we sell sessions one at a time too.
