About us

Every client begins their group membership with an assessment workout and coaching session so we can assess your current level of fitness and find a couple sensible and realistic goals to help direct our efforts.  The classes are cardio and strength circuit training with medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, functional cable machines, and body-weight being the likely challenges. These classes were designed so that you can participate as often as 6 days/ week.  Each participant will have their own unique workout program designed for them and will have goals and exercises recommended specific to their own needs. The typical participant is seeing between 4-8lbs of fat-loss per month and dramatically enhancing their daily energy.  Spots fill up fast so make sure to register today!
