About us
It all started with the Kailua-Kona facility establishing itself as a premier gym on the island. Fitness Forever next eyed an expansion in 2020, focusing on communities in need of a space to work out. To aid in this expansion, Sandra Fraser and Jack Rozell, came aboard to run the gym operations. First came the Pahoa location at Punakai shopping center in the winter of 2020. Waikoloa was next, with a sparkling new facility, opening in the summer of 2022.
