A Williston local, grateful to be back in the community to share my love for the mat. After years spent exploring, learning, stumbling and growing it’s hard to express in words the ways yoga and meditation have been my way back home. My mat is my guide when I’m lost. This journey reminds me to appreciate my body, it’s the way back to my heart after I’ve tried to shield it and has shown me a deeper understanding of forgiveness, love and gratitude.
