About us
The goal of this class/group is to improve the wellbeing of the senior citizen through strength training. We have small group training for this population group. Adults over the age of 55 years old are vulnerable to bone and muscle loss due to age; using a variety of tools this challenging class, we strive to improve strength, power, balance, coordination and endurance to help with day to day life. Appropriateness may vary based on individual abilities. (SCREENING MAY BE NECESSARY)
