First, the assessment at the beginning of every six-week session of Boot Camp helps Leanne gauge each participant’s current fitness level.
Second, she considers the strength, cardiovascular and endurance needs of each class member.
Then, those needs help her determine how to tailor each class and session. She uses her knowledge as a certified personal trainer to create effective workouts, while also staying on top of the latest fitness research and trends.
