About us
joined Motown a little more than a year ago – right after moving to the area and right before COVID. In that time, Motown has been the difference in my health. My job in Pharma went fully work-from-home soon after the move – which was great in most aspects except the sitting at a desk all day sedentary lifestyle. Motown was the only constant in that time, from outdoor workouts to Zoom workouts to responsible and safe in-person workouts to various wellness seminars, each aligned to the evolving situation and each providing its members tons of options. Now as we move towards normalcy, I continue to start each morning at Motown and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. Along the way, I’ve met some amazing coaches and a welcoming community. “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”. Motown has become that habit.
