CoxHealth Fitness Center at Cox North, located on the corner of Jefferson and Lynn in Springfield, offers the services, facilities, and classes you need to meet your fitness goals. This three-floor, 18,000-square-foot facility includes saunas in each locker room plus equipment from the top names in fitness, including Precor, Life Fitness, Cybex, and Concept II. This location also has Personal Training available as well as access to our Registered Dietitian for a variety of Nutrition Services.
