About us
e are a class-based training facility that offers one-hour, high intensity, full body workout classes. We’ve taken elements of collegiate strength and conditioning programs to develop our own unique training program for the everyday athlete. Each BLF daily workout includes elements that focus on mobility/flexibility, core strengthening, cardiovascular training, as well as plyometric and free-weight fundamental movements.
